4. Pricing & Payment

Project pricing will be specified in the quotation or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices shall be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Work may commence after confirmation of the project and any required initial payment.
  • Final deliverables may be released after full payment has been received.

5. Project Timeline

Delivery schedules may be adjusted due to:

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Delays in providing required information may affect the project schedule.

7. Revisions

The number of revisions included with a project will be specified in the quotation or service agreement.

Requests that significantly alter the approved project scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All preliminary concepts, drafts, and working files remain the intellectual property of Arvizo Visuals.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved deliverables.
  • Arvizo Visuals reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information.

Project files and information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for service delivery or where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Architectural visualizations are intended for presentation, communication, marketing, and design review purposes.

Arvizo Visuals shall not be liable for construction decisions, engineering outcomes, financial losses, or project delays arising from the use of visualization materials.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project, except where prohibited by applicable law.
